What This Notice Covers
This notice explains how Innovative Outcomes Digital LLC, doing business as I/O, handles information submitted through BuildWithIO.com. It covers the build planner, domain availability tool, project briefs, consultation requests, electronic agreement records, payment handoff, and optional advertising measurement.
Information We Handle
Depending on what you choose to use, we may handle your name, business name, email, phone number, meeting preferences, project needs, desired direction, selected project configuration, domain preference, agreement acceptance, typed signature, server timestamp, pseudonymous security evidence, checkout reference, and payment status. Square—not I/O—collects and processes complete card details.
Why We Use It
We use submitted information to answer inquiries, plan consultations, evaluate and document a proposed Project Order, preserve electronic agreement records, create a requested Square checkout, match verified payments, prevent abuse, provide service, support required business records, and resolve disputes. We do not sell submitted project or contact information.
Local Drafts And Essential Technology
The site may keep visual preferences, planner choices, and unsent drafts in your browser. A private checkout credential is limited to the originating browser tab’s session so the site can verify your agreement and payment return without exposing it in the URL; your browser controls when that session is cleared. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, and Cloudflare Turnstile may evaluate technical signals to distinguish people from automated abuse.
Service Providers
Cloudflare may process hosting, security, database, and network information. A domain search sends the candidate name to RDAP and related registry-directory services so the site can check public registration records. A search result is only an availability indication—it is not a registration, reservation, price guarantee, or trademark clearance. Square handles checkout and payment information. Resend may deliver automatic record and inquiry emails. Google Workspace may store business correspondence. If you expressly allow optional measurement, Meta may receive event, browser, and advertising-attribution data under its own terms. Each provider processes information for its assigned service and under its own privacy terms.
Optional Meta Measurement
Meta measurement stays off unless you choose “Allow Measurement.” If allowed, the site may measure page views, planner activity, contact actions, verified submissions, checkout starts, and verified payment outcomes. Lead and Purchase events are emitted in the browser only after the site receives a successful durable-submission or verified-payment response; the general browser-to-server measurement endpoint does not accept those outcome events. You can change your choice through Privacy Choices in the site footer.
Retention
Unsubmitted browser drafts remain under your browser’s storage controls. I/O ordinarily retains unaccepted inquiries for up to twenty-four months after the last interaction; security and abuse-prevention records for up to twelve months; and signed agreements, accepted Project Orders, payment records, and related business records for up to seven years after completion or termination. I/O may retain a record longer when reasonably necessary for an active relationship, dispute, legal hold, tax or accounting duty, or applicable law, and may delete or de-identify records earlier when no longer needed.
Your Choices
You may decline optional Meta measurement and still use the core site. You may ask what contact or project information I/O holds, request a correction, or request deletion where retention is not required by contract or law. You can also clear local browser storage through your browser settings.
Security And Limits
I/O uses access controls, server-side validation, anti-abuse checks, minimized payment handoff, and protected service credentials. No internet system can promise absolute security. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, health, or government-identification information in a project brief.
